Refund policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, one of the conditions below must apply:

  • If your items arrives faulty or broken
  • Incorrect items were sent

Note: We do not accept refunds for change of mind – all purchases are final. Please note that shipping delays will not be considered as a reason for a refund.

Upon approving a refund, we will require that your items are returned in the same condition that you received them (unused, and in their original packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the return shipping will be payable by you.

To start a refund, you can contact us at admin@wickedleegoods.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may not be returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Australia)

We unfortunately are not able to organise refunds/returns for international orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at admin@wickedleegoods.com and we can assess your individual issue. Please note that shipping delays will not be considered as a reason for a refund.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

If the postal service has marked your order as delivered but you never received it, you will need to reach out to the customer service of the relevant postal service to pursue that further.

If there seems to be significant delays to receiving your order, the most we can do is reach out and raise a ticket with the shipping provider on your behalf. For international orders, if your order has left Australia we unfortunately cannot follow up further.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo of all items in your order, in their original packaging. Without this we cannot verify your claim and you likely will not qualify for a refund or return.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept custom products as returns. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made out to the original payment method minus a $5AUD admin fee and the original shipping charge.
