Product Care

  • Machine wash in cool water on gentle cycle.
  • Line dry is best for garment longevity.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not dryclean.
  • If ironing, only iron with low heat and never on any ‘fluffy’ or towelling fabric.
  • Trim wick to 5mm each time before burning.
  • Burn for long enough, each time, that the wax melts all the way to the sides. Not doing so with create a ‘burn memory’ and subsequent burns will tunnel and not reach the edges.
  • Keep out of reach of pets and children.
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours. This could cause the jar to heat to extremes and shatter or explode.
  • Don’t blow out your candle and get that horrid burnt candle smell. Instead, dip the wick into the wax pool and then stand upright. This prevents wick from smoking. Use the end of a match or something similar. Do not use your fingers.
  • Remove any crystals or decorations that come with the candle before use.
  • For longevity of soap, keep dry between uses.
  • Keep on well drained surface.
  • Keep soap wrapped until ready to use so it does not absorb moisture.
